The flavors come together so perfectly that you want to leave your plate completely empty and finish every last crumb. Apr 24, 2026"One of the best Chefs in France/Spain- truly well executed and dreamy food. Damien is using local Asturian ingredients with French know how. Natural wines are plentiful- many winemakers in which they have longstanding friendships and collaborations with. The ambiance is beautiful and laid back. It’s incredible that a restaurant like this exists in the tiny town of Lastres. It’s not common you find local vegetables on a menu around these parts. The food has perfect pitch. The service is warm and welcoming. We are looking forward to coming back time and time again."
